41. CHO/Flanger
This eect connects a chorus and a anger in parallel.
z Chorus Pre Delay (0.0~100.0ms) Adjusts the delay between
the incoming direct signal and the moment when the chorus
starts working.
z Chorus Rate (0.05~10.0Hz) —Modulation frequency of the
chorus eect.
z Chorus Depth (0~127) —Modulation intensity of the chorus
eect.
z Chorus Balance (D100:0W, D50:50W, D0:100W) —Volume
balance between the direct sound (D) and the chorus sound
(W).
z Flanger Pre Delay (0.0~100.0ms) —Adjusts the delay time from
when the direct sound begins until the anger sound is heard.
z Flanger Rate (0.05~10.0Hz) —Modulation frequency of the
anger eect.
z Flanger Depth (0~127) —Modulation intensity of the anger
eect.
z Flanger Feedback (–98%~0~98%) —Adjusts the proportion of
the anger sound that is fed back into the eect. Negative (–)
settings will invert the phase.
z Flanger Balance (D100:0W, D50:50W, D0:100W) Volume
balance between the direct sound (D) and the anger sound
(W).
z Level (0~127) —Output level.
42. Isolator
This is an equalizer which cuts the volume greatly, allowing you to
add a special eect to the sound by cutting the volume in varying
ranges.
z Boost/Cut Low/Mid/High Level (–60~0~4 [dB]) —These boost
and cut each of the High, Middle and Low frequency ranges. At
–60dB, the sound becomes inaudible. 0dB is equivalent to the
input level of the sound.
z Anti Phase Low Sw (O, On) —Turns the Anti-Phase function
on and o for the Low frequency ranges. When turned on, the
counter-channel of stereo sound is inverted and added to the
signal.
z Anti Phase Low Level (0~127) —Adjusts the level settings
for the Low frequency ranges. Adjusting this level for certain
frequencies allows you to lend emphasis to specic parts. (This
is eective only for stereo source.)
z Anti Phase Mid Sw (O, On) Turns the Anti-Phase function on
and o for the Middle frequency ranges. When turned on, the
counter-channel of stereo sound is inverted and added to the
signal.
z Anti Phase Mid Level (0~127) —Adjusts the level settings for
the Middle frequency ranges. Adjusting this level for certain
frequencies allows you to lend emphasis to specic parts. (This
is eective only for stereo source.)
z Low Boost Sw (O, On) Turns Low Booster on/o. This
emphasizes the bottom to create a heavy bass sound.
z Low Boost Level (0~127) —Increasing this value gives you a
heavier low end. Depending on the Isolator and lter settings
this eect may be hard to distinguish.
z Level (0~127) —Output level.
43. Low Boost
Boosts the volume of the lower range, creating powerful lows.
z Boost Frequency (50~125 [Hz]) —Center frequency at which
the lower range will be boosted.
z Boost Gain (0~12 [dB]) —Amount by which the lower range will
be boosted.
z Boost Width (Wide, Mid, Narrow) Width of the lower range
that will be boosted.
z EQ Low Gain (–15dB~0~15dB) Gain of the low frequency
range.
z EQ High Gain (–15dB~0~15dB) —Gain of the high frequency
range.
z Level (0~127) —Output level.
44. Super Filter
This is a lter with an extremely sharp slope. The cuto frequency
can be varied cyclically.
z Filter Type (LPF, BPF, HPF, NOTCH) —Filter type. Frequency
range that will pass through each lter. LPF: frequencies below
the cuto. BPF: frequencies in the region of the cuto. HPF:
frequencies above the cuto. NOTCH: frequencies other than
the region of the cuto.
z Filter Slope (–12, –24, –36 [dB]) —Amount of attenuation per
octave: –36dB: extremely steep, –24dB: steep, –12dB: gentle.
z Filter Cuto (0~127) Cuto frequency of the lter. Increasing
this value will raise the cuto frequency.
z Filter Resonance (0~127) —Filter resonance level. Increasing
this value will emphasize the region near the cuto frequency.
z Filter Gain (0~12 [dB]) —Amount of boost for the lter output.
z Modulation Sw (O, On) On/o switch for cyclic change.
z Modulation Wave (TRI, SQR, SIN, SAW1, SAW2) —How the
cuto frequency will be modulated: TRI: triangle wave, SQR:
square wave, SIN: sine wave, SAW1: sawtooth wave (upward),
SWA2: sawtooth wave (downward)
z Rate [sync] (Hz, Note) —Use this parameter to specify
whether (“Note”) or not (“Hz”) the modulation rate should be
synchronized to the Arranger or Recorder tempo. Depending on
your choice, the setting range of the following parameter refers
to a speed (Hz) or a note value.
z Rate [Hz] (0.05~10.00Hz) —Rate of modulation. Rate [note]
(musical notes) —Rate parameters can be set as a note-value of
a tempo if you set the “Sync” parameter above to “Note. Specify
the value of the desired note.
z Depth (0~127) —Depth of modulation.
z Attack (0~127) —Speed at which the cuto frequency will
change. This is eective if Modulation Wave is SQR, SAW1 or
SAW2.
z Level (0~127) —Output level.
45. Step Filter
This is a lter whose cuto frequency can be modulated in steps.
You can specify the pattern by which the cuto frequency will
change.
z Step 1~16 (0~127) Cuto frequency at each step
z Rate [sync] (Hz, Note) —Use this parameter to specify whether
(“Note”) or not (“Hz”) the rate should be synchronized to the
Arranger or Recorder tempo. Depending on your choice, the
setting range of the following parameter refers to a speed (Hz)
or a note value.
z Rate [Hz] (0.05~10.00Hz) —Rate of modulation.
z Rate [note] (musical notes) —Rate parameters can be set as a
note-value of a tempo if you set the “Sync parameter above to
“Note”. Specify the value of the desired note.
z Attack (0~127) —Speed at which the cuto frequency changes
between steps.
z Filter Type (LPF, BPF, HPF, NOTCH) —Filter type. Frequency
range that will pass through each lter. LPF: frequencies below
the cuto. BPF: frequencies in the region of the cuto. HPF:
