• Immediately replace all parts that are

not fault-free.

• Only use original spare parts.

• Make sure that suitable collection

containers are available for all materi-

als harmful to groundwater (oils, cool-

ant, etc.).

• All work steps for the service of the

machine must be performed in the

specified sequence.

• De-pressure all pressure-carrying

units.

• Only use the specified operating mate-

rials.

• Repair work may only be performed

by authorised qualified personnel - the

accident prevention regulations must

be observed.

• All work on the electrical equipment of

the machine may only be performed by

electricians as a basic rule.

• Self-locking screws and nuts must

always be replaced.

• All operating materials, lubricants and

auxiliary materials that will not be re-

used must be disposed of in an envi-

ronmentally friendly manner.

• Severe machine damage can occur

from the installation of incorrect spare

parts or wear parts.

• There is a risk of fire form welding

work. Keep a fire extinguisher on hand.

• Improperly routed lines (e.g. too-small

bending radius) can cause smouldering

fires and cable fires.

• Spilled lubricant, solvent, preservative,

etc. can cause skin irritation in the

event of direct contact with the skin.

• Never release the machine for opera-

tion without the factory-installed safe-

ty equipment.

• Removing safety notices affixed to the

machine is strictly prohibited.

• Always observe the warning notices

affixed to the machine. They help to

prevent hazards.

• Do not perform any repairs for which

you are not qualified.

• Wear close-fitting work clothing so

that you clothing cannot become en-

tangled in moving parts.

• When performing maintenance or

service tasks, wear insulated safety

shoes with thick crepe soles.

• There is an elevated risk of injury

during unsecured manual operation.

• Switch off all voltage sources and

secure the voltage sources against in-

advertent restarting.

• There is a risk of crushing at various

locations on the machine from moving

or rotating assemblies. Therefore, al-

ways maintain a sufficient safety clear-

ance during test runs.

• Do not touch live parts. Electric shock

can lead to severe injury or death.

• Immediately repair damaged cables.

• Replace faulty or damaged pressure

lines immediately. Otherwise severe

injuries can result.

• Never exceed the defined technical

values for normal operation.

• Make sure that the specified operating

materials are available in the plant in

sufficient quantities.

instructions".

All work on the electrical equipment of the

machine may only be performed by electri-

cians as a basic rule.

Regularly inspect electrical equipment: Re-

tighten loose connections - immediately

replace damaged lines or cables - ...

For all work on live machine parts or lines, a

second person must be present to switch off
