How to make cup of Flat White

The at white is an Australian and New Zealand origin co󰀨ee served in medium sized cup of 150-

180ml. This is the drink of those co󰀨ee lovers who like strong avour of co󰀨ee, with the espresso

dominating the taste and milk added to stabilize the taste

In order to make the at white at home rst prepare the espresso co󰀨ee and frothed milk with the

help of your own Lattemagic co󰀨eemaker as suggested in process “MAKE FROTHING MILK” and

“MAKE ESPRESSO COFFEE”.

To make the at white ll the 1/3 bottom part of the cup with the doble shot espresso co󰀨ee.

Pour in the 2/3 part of steamed milk on the top of co󰀨ee.

Note: The steamed milk must have micro foam layer but not the sti󰀨 foam layer which is used to make

latte or cappuccino.

How to make Latte Macchiato

The latte macchiato is known for co󰀨ee with three distinctive layers like of milk, espresso and

milk foam. The normal serving size as like ca󰀨e latte 240-250ml and the only big di󰀨erence

between ca󰀨e latte and macchiato is pouring the order of espresso co󰀨ee and milk in the cup.

In order to make the ca󰀨e macchiatto at home rst prepare the espresso co󰀨ee and frothed milk

with the help of your own Lattemagic co󰀨eemaker as suggested in process “MAKE FROTHING

MILK” and “MAKE ESPRESSO COFFEE”.

To make the latte macchiato pour the 2/3 part of the steamed milk at the bottom part of the cup.

Add the 1/3 part of espresso co󰀨ee on the top of the steamed milk.

Note: always use the spoon in order to prevent the mixing of milk with the co󰀨ee.

Put on the small layer of milk foam on the top of the co󰀨ee.

And this way you have ready latte macchiato.

CLEAN AND MAINTENANCE

1. Take the plug out of the power source and let the co󰀨ee maker cool down completely before cleaning.

2. Clean housing of co󰀨ee maker with moisture-proof sponge often and clean water tank, drip tray and

drip plate regularly then dry them.

Note: Never use abrasive liquids or cleaners. Never immerse the housing in water for cleaning.

3. Detach the metal funnel by turning it clockwise, throw out co󰀨ee residue inside, then you can clean it

with cleanser, but at last you must rinse with clear water.

4. Clean all the attachments in the water and dry thoroughly.

CLEANING MINERAL DEPOSITS

1. To make sure your co󰀨ee maker operating e󰀩ciently, internal piping is clean and to get the ultimate

peak avour of co󰀨ee, the co󰀨ee machine needs to be descaled, cleaned and maintained periodically.

When the appliance has continuosly worked for 500 cycles, descaling warning will be appear, at the

same time, all indicators will ash for 5 times , which means that the co󰀨ee machine needs to be

descaled, and then the appliance will go back into normal condition. descaling warning will be appear

each time when you turn on the appliance until you cancel it or perform the descaling. The descaling

liquid in bottles which are used specically for cleaning home use co󰀨ee machines can be bought from

your nearby super markets or small electrical appliances distribution stores.

2. Fill the water tank with water and descaler to the MAX level ( the ratio of water and descaler is 4:1)a,

so kindly follow the instructions to descale the co󰀨ee maker. Please use “household descaler”, you can

use the citric acid (can be purchased from any drug store or chemist shop) instead of the descaler (the

one hundred parts of water and three parts of citric acid).

3. Press “Double-cup” button once to make co󰀨ee and make hot water for about 100ml. Then switch o󰀨

the appliance and leave the descaling solution in the appliance for 5 minutes.

4. Switch on the appliance and repeat the Step 3 for 3 times.

5. Repeat the steps 3 for 2 times with tap water in the MAX level (it is not necessary to wait for 5

minutes).

6. Once the descaling has been nished, you need to cancel the descaling warning: Simultaneously hold

and press the “ ”, “ ” and steam button “ ” for 3 seconds.
