60 Outputting a Job Saved to the Equipment

Select the document name from the private print job list.

When is pressed, jobs for the Private Print are displayed in a list.

When is pressed, the first pages of jobs for Private Print are displayed in a thumbnail image.

[Preview] becomes available when only one job is selected in the list or the thumbnail list. When [Preview] is

pressed, preview images (up to 1000 pages) are displayed in a list.

- When a page is selected, it can be displayed by enlarging or reducing the size or rotating the direction.

When you attempt twin-color printing, the thumbnail and preview images can be displayed in 2 colors.

The images displayed in a thumbnail and preview are not the indication of the print result.

Depending on the models, printing cannot be performed even if a preview image is displayed.

Press [Print].

Checking one copy before printing other copies (Proof Print)

You can print out one proof copy as a trial. This helps to prevent wasting paper. You are then prompted to specify

whether you want to continue or delete the print job.

When printing multiple copies that are sent as individual jobs by your application, all the copies, not just one copy,

will be printed even if you set Proof Print. In this a case, perform Proof Print for one copy first, and then change the

number of copies on the touch panel.

Display the [Basic] tab menu.

Select [Proof Print] from [Print Job].

Set other printing functions as needed, and then click [OK].

Click [Print] or [OK] to send the job.

One copy is printed and the remaining sets are stored in the Proof Job list on the touch panel display.

Press [Print] on the Home screen on the touch panel.

Select [Proof] from [Job Type].

Select the job from the list.
