62 Outputting a Job Saved to the Equipment

Printing from Another MFP (Multi Station Print)

You can print jobs that were sent to this equipment from another MFP.

This function requires e-BRIDGE Multi Station enabler.

TopAccess - [Administration] - [Setup] Item List - Print Service settings - Setting up Multi Station Print

Display the [Basic] tab menu.

Select [Multi Station Print] from [Print Job].

Set other printing functions as needed, and then click [OK].

Click [Print] or [OK] to send the job.

The job is saved as a Multi Station Print job.

Press [Print] on the Home screen on the touch panel.

Select [Multi Station] from [Job Type].

When linked MFPs are grouped, select the group name by which they are linked from [Group] on the touch panel.

Select the job from the list, and then press [Print].

The print setting can be changed by pressing [Settings].

Reprintable jobs are displayed by pressing [Printed Jobs].

The list of print jobs sent to this equipment is updated by pressing [Update Now].

When is pressed, jobs for the Multi Station Print are displayed in a list.

When is pressed, the first pages of jobs for Multi Station Print are displayed in a thumbnail image.

[Preview] becomes available when only one job is selected in the list or the thumbnail list. When [Preview] is

pressed, preview images (up to 1000 pages) are displayed in a list.

- When a page is selected, it can be displayed by enlarging or reducing the size or rotating the direction.

Twin-color printing files sent by Multi Station Print are displayed in color in a thumbnail and preview. (It is not

possible to display in twin-color.)

The images displayed in a thumbnail and preview are not the indication of the print result.

If the MFP to be connected is not turned on or print data are not sent from it, communication fails and an error

message appears on the progress menu. Press [Cancel] to stop the preview creation process and return to the

job list.

Depending on the models, printing cannot be performed even if a preview image is displayed.

Press [Print].
