PRINTING FROM WINDOWS APPLICATIONS

The images displayed in a thumbnail and preview are not the indication of the print result.

Depending on the models, printing cannot be performed even if a preview image is displayed.

Press [Print].

Sending held print jobs (Hold Print)

Use this to print Hold Print documents. This is useful to prevent you from forgetting to remove printed sheets.

Display the [Basic] tab menu.

Select [Hold Print] from [Print Job].

Set other printing functions as needed, and then click [OK].

Click [Print] or [OK] to send the job.

The job is stored as a Hold Print job.

Press [Print] on the Home screen on the touch panel.

Select [Hold] from [Job Type].

Select the user name and then press [OK].

When you enter a nickname in [User name (Alias)] on the [Others] tab, and send the job to the equipment, the

nickname is displayed in the Hold Print job list. If not, the user name used to log in to your computer is displayed

in the Hold Print job list.

Select the job from the list.

When your computer’s login user name is used for [User name (Alias)]:

The list contains the Hold Print jobs registered by the selected user.

When a nickname is used for [User name (Alias)]:

The list contains all the Hold Print jobs registered by users with the same nickname.

When is pressed, jobs for the Hold Print are displayed in a list.

When is pressed, the first pages of jobs for Hold Print are displayed in a thumbnail image.

[Preview] becomes available when only one job is selected in the list or the thumbnail list. When [Preview] is

pressed, preview images (up to 1000 pages) are displayed in a list.

- When a page is selected, it can be displayed by enlarging or reducing the size or rotating the direction.

When you attempt twin-color printing, the thumbnail and preview images can be displayed in 2 colors.

The images displayed in a thumbnail and preview are not the indication of the print result.

Press [Print].
