Step 2: Choose in what way Alfen can assist you
Make a choice for one of the following options when creating a new ticket, depending on what support you need from Alfen:
• Request for Service - when your charging station is not functioning properly;
• Request for Change - when you want a change in the hardware or software of your charging station;
• Request for Information - when you want more information about charging station-related topics (e.g. product-, service-, or installation
questions);
• Request for Sign-up - when you want to receive login credentials for a new ACE Service Installer account.
Please note: depending on the type of request you are choosing, the required information can be different. In this instruction a Request for
Service will be used as an example. This because it is the most common type of request. Other request types follow the same structure, only
with different content.
