Tuna steaks with
green herb sauce
Main dish - Serves 2
1 Finely chop the coriander, parsley and mint,
and mix with the chilli powder and lemon juice.
Add 2 tablespoons of oil and season to taste.
Alternatively put all of these ingredients in the
chopper accessory of your (hand) blender and
purée coarsely.
2 Heat the grill to setting 4. Season the tuna
steaks and lightly brush with oil. Grill the tuna
in a closed grill (panini position) for 2-3 minutes
until brown on the outside and rosé on the
inside. Add a generous dollop of herb sauce to
each steak. Good with lemon rice and grilled
courgette.
Total preparation time 15 minutes
TIP: For an even healthier meal, use only 2 tablespoons of oil when preparing the tuna.
