Heating is stopped as soon as the door is opened.

15. LIGHT MANAGEMENT

16. FAN MANAGEMENT
Ventilation is active during the cooking cycle. Ventilation stops as soon as the door is opened and it is resumed
once the door is closed.
The fan operation is modulating via an inverter, the setting of the fan rotation speed can be decided by the end
user independently for each cooking phase or manually adjusted during the execution of the same cycle.
17. MANAGEMENT OF COOLING FAN TECHNICAL CABINET
With board ON the fan is operating. With board OFF the fan automatically starts if the temperature recorded on the
board by the cold coupling is higher than 60° and it turns off when the temperature is lower than or equal to 50°.
18. DELAYED COOKING
Delayed cooking is available when switching from ON to OFF.
Press the ON/OFF key for at least one second. The display DISPA1 switches off, while the display DISPB1 shows
the current time and the display DISPC1 shows the day of the week. The CLOCK1 icon is on.
18.1. SETTING THE DELAYED COOKING DATE
The display DISPA2 shows Pxy, i.e. the last program performed, or Man, if the last cycle started was
manual. The display DISPC2 shows the subsequent day of the week, while the display DISPB2 shows the
value 00:00. Display DISPC2 and DELAY2 icon flash.
Press the UP or DOWN keys to change the day of the week.
Press the TIME key to set the hours for the subsequent activation. The top part of the display DISPB2
flashes.
Press the UP or DOWN keys to change the value.
Press the TIME key to set the minutes for the next activation. The bottom part of the display DISPB2
flashes.
Press the ON/OFF key any time to pass to OFF.
Press the PROGRAMS key any time to set the program to perform at the next activation.
Press the START key any time to confirm the settings for the delayed start up. The DELAY2 icon is up.
Wait 15 seconds, without touching the keyboard, to exit the setting.
18.2. SETTING THE PROGRAM TO RUN AFTER START UP.
When setting the delayed activation date, press the PROGRAMMES key, display DISPA2 flashes, as long
as the programmes are set.
Press the UP or DOWN keys to change the value. The possible values are Man and from P1 to P99.
Press the ON/OFF key any time to switch to OFF.
Press the TIME key any time to set the date.
Press the START key any time to confirm the settings for the delayed activation. Icon DELAY2 is fixed
OFF.
